The name of this game is 1-Minute to Win It! BOOT is a 60-minute fusion class that uses timed intervals to help you discover your inner athlete.  Using bodyweight exercises for upper body, lower body, and core, you’ll increase strength and heart/lung function, improve your posture and increase your flexibility. Three intensity levels are provided for each exercise to help you choose your best workout.

Everything we do in RIP is functional to prepare you for your everyday routine, AND those unexpected surprises that pop up.  RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for all ages and all fitness levels.  Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training with easy to adjust barbells allows participants to work at their own level.
