FITMAS @ A BOUT TIME CARDIO KICKBOXING

DECEMBER - FITMAS CHALLENGE

The holidays are always a bit challenging...especially trying to find time to keep up with our fitness goals...one day turns to two and two to four and before you know it the entire month has passed and you haven't made it to a workout.


You miss it, but it just doesn't make the cut on the priority list...well...we want to try and help you FIND TIME FOR YOU during the holidays.


Out of 31 days...set aside just 12 hours for YOU!


Not only will you feel better and enter the new year ready to go, but we'll also reward you for it...

FITMAS GUIDELINES

  • Anyone who wants to participate will either be given a "Santa's Nice List" to keep track of their classes or they can print one out themselves. 
  • Participants must attend twelve classes during the month of December. 
  • Of those 12 classes, at least THREE must be RED days
  • In order to “send” their card to the “North Pole” participants must have all twelve days verified by an instructor. 
  • Non-Members can participate by paying a per class/session fee (see studio for details)
