The holidays are always a bit challenging...especially trying to find time to keep up with our fitness goals...one day turns to two and two to four and before you know it the entire month has passed and you haven't made it to a workout.
You miss it, but it just doesn't make the cut on the priority list...well...we want to try and help you FIND TIME FOR YOU during the holidays.
Out of 31 days...set aside just 12 hours for YOU!
Not only will you feel better and enter the new year ready to go, but we'll also reward you for it...
All participants that complete the challenge will get this 1st edition Annual Fit-Ornament!
Each studio will draw from the challenge participants for one lucky winner of a Fitmas Nice List Sweatshirt!
During Week 1 - Level yourself...hold the plank as long as you can
and determine if you should be Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced.
Feel free to level up or down throughout the challenge...JUST DON'T QUIT!
